AKINWARE MISSION FIELD

The trip to Akinware afforded us the opportunity to observe the challenges confronting the work in this field. At Akinware, the missionary (Samuel Ogoh) is doing well and the church is growing. His Assembly is more or less a mobile Barracks as a large percentage of the members are migrants from the tribes of Tiv and Igede, people of Benue state as well as others from Republic of Benin. After some of them have been discipled for a while, they would relocate. As a result, there is an exodus of prospective workers from time to time. The missionary has been working in Akinware since 2012 and up till now, he pays his house rent by himself. They have two plots of land which the church building has been erected. They need assistance to build a mission house.
